5. Advisor Terms

Financial advisors using our Service agree to:

Maintain current registration with ASIC and comply with all regulatory requirements
Provide accurate and up-to-date profile information
Respond to consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct
Maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance
Pay all applicable subscription fees

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Advyser and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

By submitting content to our Service (reviews, comments, profile information), you grant Advyser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Service.

We do not endorse or guarantee any financial advisor on our platform. Users should independently verify advisor credentials through ASIC's Financial Advisers Register.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advyser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advyser and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
